At Fulfil Products, we love bringing your vision to life through custom-designed jewelry pieces. Please review our custom order guidelines below.
1. Custom Order Process

Custom orders begin with a consultation via DM, email, or website form.

Details such as color preference, design style, occasion, and delivery date must be clearly communicated.

A price quote and production timeline will be provided before confirmation.
2. Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 60% is required to begin production.

Full payment must be completed before dispatch.

Work will not commence until the deposit is received.
3. Production Timeline

Custom pieces typically require 5–14 business days, depending on design complexity.

Urgent orders may attract an additional rush fee.
4. Changes & Modifications

Minor changes may be allowed before production begins.

Once production has started, modifications may not be possible.

Significant changes may require a new quote.
5. Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has begun.

Orders cannot be canceled once completed.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because custom pieces are made specifically for you:

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Refunds will only be issued if Fulfil Products fails to deliver the agreed design.
7. Color & Material Variations
Please note:

Natural stones and beads may vary slightly in shade and texture.

Screen displays may slightly alter how colors appear.
These variations are normal and part of handcrafted uniqueness.
8. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate measurements

Providing correct delivery information

Communicating event dates clearly
Fulfil Products is not responsible for delays caused by late confirmations.
9. Agreement
By paying a deposit for a custom order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Custom Order Policy.
